The location here is fantastic, perfect for exploring Ioi City Mall, and it's conveniently close to a newly opened shopping center.

Generally, the place was ideal and had excellent and cooperative staff esp with excellent services n staff. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ioi City Mall.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Location: the hotel was really close to the airport, and the nearest mall which is IOI Putrajaya which has a wide range of shopping and dining. I truly enjoyed the room, it was clean and absolutely perfect and included with TV, blocked wash basin and comfortable bed;))

The hotel is situated in a quiet area near IOI shopping mall. I enjoyed having tea and treats at Monte Bianco, which is conveniently located just a mile away from the hotel. - the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a separate bedroom for my son.

The staff at the reception was not serviceminded at our arrival/check- in. Needed to argue to get what was included in our booking. Expected better service at this rate.
